MR. MICHELE DELCO’

PRESIDENT AND CHIEF COMPLIANCE OFFICER

Before establishing the Ansbacher family of businesses, he worked at PKB Private bank AG, a private bank in Switzerland, for ten years. There, he was quickly promoted from his initial role as a back office staff member and transaction specialist to a range of increasingly responsible positions, including providing asset management to individuals and corporations at the Lugano and Geneva branches, managing the back offices and assisting the private banking functions at the Zurich branch, and serving as the private banker in charge of East Europe, Asia, and Pacific clients. He was later transferred to serve as the Chief Executive Officer of PKB Privatbank LTD’s Antigua, a subsidiary of the Swiss group in the West Indies. Mr. Delco was also elected as Member of the Board of Directors of the Pension Fund for the employees of the group PKB, which allowed him to gain important knowledge in managing funds, legislation and regulations in the pension sector.

Mr. Delco holds a Federal Maturity in Business from School of Commerce of Lugano (Switzerland) and a diploma in Banking and Finance at the School of BSI, SA (a primary bank in Switzerland that specializes in training bankers). He is a fluent Italian, English, and French speaker, and also has professional competency in German and Spanish and he currently study Hebrew at the Rosen School of Hebrew (credited for the University of Jerusalem). He recently obtained a certificate in “Negotiation Mastery” at Harvard Business School.

He is well-known for his generous donations to animal shelters in the Caribbean. An avid animal lover, he continues his philanthropic efforts in the United States, and in other jurisdiction where he may open his business by contributing a portion of the Company’s income to local shelters and non-profit pet adoption centers.

ISABELLA VILA

PRINCIPAL

Isabella graduated from the University of Miami, where she studied Economics and International Finance and Marketing. While her time in college, she participated in different projects and competitions that provided her with multiple tools to use in the business world.

She started to develop her work experience in 2015, when she completed a summer internship at CPVEN (Colombia), a multinational corporation, leader in the service of oil and gas wells, involved in exploration and production activities. She performed the role of project manager assistant, helping in financial modeling and evaluating the viability of different projects, successfully analyzing the path to profitability. In December of 2017, Isabella began her journey with Hachiko Financial USA Corp., where she works as an administrative assistant, handling the appropriate and efficient operation of the company, ensuring the precise and punctual execution of the assigned tasks, in accordance with the requirements of the law and the policies of our company.

She is originally from Venezuela, but she has been living in Miami for the past 6 years where she says she feels like home. One of her biggest passions is helping animals, so her dream is to have a non-profit organization to help hundreds of shelters that have been harshly affected by the economic crisis in Venezuela.
